We are seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist who will be the central point of contact for our office. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working both with customers and behind the scenes, handling daily office tasks and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this varied role will include, but are not limited to:

* Handle daily office administration, including data entry, invoicing, filing, and customer correspondence.
* Process sales orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfilment.
* Provide customer statements and follow up accounts receivable.
* Greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and staff, in person and over the phone
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence efficiently and professionally
* Collaborate and support the whole team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
* Coordinate supplies and office resources.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in administration, reception, or office coordination
* An ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Exceptional customer service focus
* Strong computer literacy with MSOffice and preferably MYOB and Shopify (or something comparable)
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
* An ability to prioritise and pivot between tasks as required

You need to be a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and keeping things organised. You take pride in doing things properly, thrive in a busy environment, and bring calm, structured energy to the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
