The Position
Our Sales Consultants work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert product knowledge, and guide them through their product selections. Daily tasks include:
* Greet customers upon arrival at the Showroom
* Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, specifications, pricing
* Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish including quotes, arranging delivery; handling returns or exchanges if necessary
* Build a strong sales pipeline and follow up with leads via phone, email or site visits
* Understand and be responsive to customer needs
* Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
* Develop warm and productive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and experience with building relationships: suppliers, building trade and retail customers
- Highly motivated to drive sales growth and exceed expectations
- Genuine interest and familiarity with bathware and/or kitchen products
- A natural flair with interior design concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
