This senior-level position combines service desk leadership with deep technical expertise in End User Computing (EUC) and digital workplace technologies.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic improvements to enhance user productivity and satisfaction, while also driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the resolution of complex and high-priority IT incidents
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for end-user devices (Windows/macOS) and mobile platforms (Apple & Android)
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune
* Design and implement advanced configurations and security policies for end-user environments
Skills & Experience Required
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support or service desk roles with a strong focus on EUC
