The Role
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Create digital models using the Kompozition Model Based Systems Engineering platform (training provided) based on stakeholder engagement and translating documentation, to generate systems engineering artefacts (needs, requirements, tests, etc.)
- Develop workflow processes to support MBSE efforts
- Apply systems thinking to understand complex system interfaces
- Interpret technical information
- Build and manage traceability to strategic outcomes
- Solve unique and complex modelling problems
- Participate in team collaboration and peer professional development

Essential Requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Willingness for continual development of self and team
- Strong interest and ability in problem solving
- Flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Teamwork/communication skills
- Self-starter and comfortable collaborator
In addition, this role will require:
- Qualifications and/or experience in a STEM discipline (Engineering, programming/IT, technical analysis) – essential
- 0-5 years' experience in applying skills in a technical environment – desirable
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and/or Systems Engineering experience – desirable
- Proficiency working with digital tools (such as Computer Aided Design, simulation, programming, game design)
- NV1 (or higher) Australian security clearance essential
