The role?
As our Legal Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our clients and perform an incredibly important front of house function. You will provide administrative support for directors, solicitors, and other staff and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the firm.
In this role, you will manage the office facilities including meeting rooms, general areas and office appearance. You will also undertake administrative duties such as answering queries, scheduling appointments and taking payments.
This role is broad and varied, the right person will make it their own and thrive.
About you
- You are a career administrator with a passion for front of house and interacting with people. You enjoy the autonomy that comes from managing the reception function and take outstanding pride in your work.
- You understand the importance of reception in a small law firm and the lasting impact you can make.
- You have stand out administrative and reception experience including strong communication skills and attention to detail
- You have the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities while triaging tasks according to priority/urgency
- You have a growth mindset and a commitment to personal career development
- You have high-level professional communication skills, both written and oral, with demonstrated ability to deliver written work
