About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a large‐scale enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will work within an Agile Scrum team to design, develop, test, and maintain high‐quality Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, while contributing to continuous improvement and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 components including entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
• Develop code‐first solutions using C#, .NET, Dataverse SDK, and Web API.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers to deliver quality solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment using Azure DevOps.
• Identify and implement technical improvements, best practices, and automation opportunities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer within Agile delivery teams.

• Strong hands‐on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, C#, .NET Framework, Plugin Development, Custom Workflow Activities, Business Rules and Forms Customization.
• Experience with Dataverse SDK and Web API.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and REST APIs.
• Robust knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Lean.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with xUnit or other testing frameworks.
• Experience delivering solutions in large and complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
