Leadership Role for Campus Development
This leadership role provides strategic support to the Mount Isa Flexible School, working closely with key stakeholders to drive campus development.
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the Head of Campus, Area Principal, and Regional Support Team, driving positive outcomes for students and staff.
* Key qualifications include:
o Tertiary qualifications in Teaching or Social/Behavioural Sciences;
o Valid Blue Card and driver's license;
* Demonstrated commitment to Edmund Rice Education Australia values;
* Experience in developing and maintaining programs for young people at risk;
* Expertise in trauma-transformative practice and wellbeing support;
* Ability to develop and implement learning choices and assessments for diverse needs;
* Strong leadership skills to drive a multi-disciplinary community.
