QLeave is seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst (AO7) to lead complex business analysis activities supporting strategic and enterprise‑wide initiatives, including system and process transformation.

Responsibilities
Using your expertise in business analysis and transformation, you will:
Work with business leaders to shape their ideas into well‑formed initiatives, whether they become business‑as‑usual improvements, smaller projects, or transformational programs.
Review and analyse business processes and practices to identify operational and strategic improvement opportunities.
Guide and influence the business to embed new ways of working, including new systems and processes.
Escalate and resolve complex issues through clear options analysis and persuasive briefings.
Guide the development of new or revised policies and procedures to support initiatives.
Work across programs, projects, and business‑as‑usual initiatives from ideation through to benefits realisation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, business representatives, and external vendors to support go‑live readiness.
Contribute to the development of work instructions, training, test plans, testing, and defect management.
