Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, arrange client/internal meetings, and organize travel with detailed itineraries.
* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, screen calls/emails, draft correspondence, liaise internally and with clients, and escalate critical matters.
* Meetings & Documentation: Prepare briefing materials, take minutes at executive/client meetings, track action items, and follow up as needed.
* Office Administration: Maintain organized filing systems, and support general office operations.
* Event Assistance: Coordinate firm events, team meetings, and basic research or project work as required.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a public practice accounting environment.
* Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong scheduling, communication, and organizational ability.
* Attributes: Discreet, responsive, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a professional manner.
