Position Profile:
The Theatre Ward Clerk plays an essential role in supporting the effective functioning of the theatre environment by providing high quality administrative and clerical services. This position requires an individual with proven experience in administrative or secretarial work and the ability to apply these skills within a busy clinical setting. The role contributes to smooth theatre operations through accurate documentation, timely communication and reliable administrative support for both clinical and non‐clinical team members.
The role requires strong organisational skills and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively. The Theatre environment is fast paced, and the Theatre Ward Clerk must be able to manage competing deadlines, respond to urgent demands and maintain accuracy under pressure.
