* As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

* You will compile comprehensive histories from residents and family members, identifying care needs through ongoing assessments and admissions.

* Maintain accurate documentation of care delivery, completing ACFI assessments and other clinical documentation as required.

* Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate resident care plans, contributing to the maximisation of income.

* Assist with direct clinical care of residents, including personal hygiene, massage therapy, pain management, and GP rounds.

* Administer medications to residents, adhering to organisation's policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
">
* Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
">
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
">
* Knowledge of standards required by government for aged care delivery.

* Understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
">
* Strong clinical and documentation skills.
">
* Understanding of aged care accreditation process.

* Compliance with Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.
