Location & Hours
Location: Dandenong - Transport PM
35 or 40 hours per week
Start times: 1pm or 6pm
Salary
Hourly rate of $***** plus penalties
What we need from you
Knowledge
Completed Logistics Future Leaders Program preferred or equivalent
Successful completion of the relevant Section Specific Pathway or equivalent
Previous Transport experience
Skills
Minimises stock losses, understands and investigates inventory movements
Maintains the highest standard of safety and cleanliness
Reports incidents, hazards, and near misses
Proactively identifies improvements and areas of opportunity
Ensures compliance with legislative and ALDI policies, procedures, and guidelines
Completes work accurately and efficiently
Manages resources effectively, meeting demanding goals without compromising quality
Provides verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism
Acts as a subject matter expert within the team
