Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance at Perigon Group
Base pay range: A$170,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr. The range provided by Perigon Group; your actual pay based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- 2IC to the top seat, with an end-to-end remit overseeing a small team across financial control and governance.
- Play a pivotal role in evolving finance as a value-add, business-facing function.
- Develop dashboards to provide insights and support decision making.
- Perform financial modelling for business casing initiatives, M&A;, and strategic projects.
- Work towards best practice in finance systems and processes as a springboard for future growth.
About you / Qualifications
- Career high achiever interested in a pathway to Head of Finance or CFO.
- Solid foundation in financial control with flair in commercial finance and driving business decisions through insights.
- Savvy with systems and a penchant for innovating processes.
- Experience in growth-oriented or scaling businesses highly regarded.
- Experience or interest in BI tools and driving insights through data and technology.
