* Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner to establish trust and confidence.
* Utilize specialized tools and adhere to documented procedures to diagnose and complete complex repairs.
* Perform routine maintenance activities as per established schedules and standards on engine and related components in the field.
* Escalate unresolved issues to experienced professionals and/or supervisors for guidance and support.
* Apprentice-trained engine technician or equivalent certification is required.
* Intermediate-level experience in workshop or field service operations is essential.
* Heavy vehicle experience is highly desirable.
