Winnie & Co. is an emerging Australian bag brand, created as a sister label to Style State Wholesale apparel, one of Australia's leading fashion wholesalers with over 30 years of industry expertise. Together, our in‐house brands reflect a strong heritage of innovation, design, and commercial success, with Style State apparel and Winnie & Co. bags stocked by thousands of retailers across Australia and internationally.

We are currently looking for a creative, driven, and commercially minded Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will take ownership of organic social media content, paid advertising campaigns, content planning, and photoshoot coordination across both Style State and Winnie & Co.

This full time position is available on‐site only at our Surry Hills showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, with convenient transport options nearby and a 3 minute walk from Central station.

Role Responsibilities:

* Manage the social media calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms for both Style State and Winnie & Co.
* Plan, create and publish engaging organic content including Reels, TikToks, stories, static posts, BTS content, founder content and campaign launches
* Develop creative content concepts that align with product launches, seasonal campaigns, marketing objectives and current social media trends
* Support and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest to drive customer acquisition, engagement and sales
* Monitor advertising performance, analyse campaign results and implement improvements to maximise return on investment
* Assist in co‐ordinating all campaign, e‐commerce and content photoshoots
* Create detailed shot lists, content briefs, mood boards and production schedules to ensure content requirements are met across all marketing channels
* Identify opportunities to grow audience engagement, increase reach and strengthen brand presence across all social platforms
* Assist with influencer sourcing and content collaborations
* Track and report on key social media and advertising performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns

What qualities are we looking for?

* A highly creative individual with a strong eye for content, branding, visual storytelling and current social media trends
* Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
* Comfortable appearing in content and directing content creation
* Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other digital channels
* Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes and understand how content contributes to business growth
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a fast‐paced team environment
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and bring new ideas to the table
* Love of fashion, branding, content creation and digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 2 year's experience in social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing or a similar role
* Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
* Fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer brand experience highly regarded
* Qualification in Marketing or a related field preferred
