Job Title: Lead Educator
Nurturing the greatness in every child and educator is a key aspect of this role.
* Lead an exceptional team of qualified Early Childhood professionals to deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0-5 years.
* Oversee curriculum planning and implementation, mentor and train educators, and support onboarding of new staff members.
* Collaborate with Practice Partners to drive continuous improvement and excellence in early learning.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of Early Childhood professionals, overseeing curriculum planning and implementation, mentoring and training educators, and collaborating with practice partners to drive continuous improvement and excellence in early learning.
Additionally, we require our Lead Educators to be passionate about delivering high-quality programs for young children and to have excellent leadership and communication skills.
