Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality clinical services, including risk assessment, intervention, referral, and case management, to ensure the well-being of our clients.
* Conduct regular reviews with clients to monitor progress, identify additional needs, and develop effective strategies for support.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records, while also scheduling ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate closely with clients, family members, and treatment providers to coordinate care and promote seamless transitions between services.
* Adhere to APS values by demonstrating cooperative and safe working practices at all times.
Essential Requirements:
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Baseline Vetting Security Clearance
* Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check
* Qualifications as a registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, or Masters-level counselling qualification and registration with PACFA or ACA
