About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Pumps team in Australia East. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth and expand our market share in assigned sites
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive RFQs, RFI responses, and tender submissions
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experience
* Troubleshoot equipment and service issues with technical support
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
* Strong understanding of the mining industry and its needs
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
