What you will be Doing
Available roles will involve a range of operational, administrative and customer service tasks including -
* Customer related data input, cash handling, receipting and banking in accordance with established procedures
* Delivering a positive customer experience by exercising a degree of judgment and initiative as the first point of contact for WTA
* Managing daily library and administration requirements - memberships, loan/return of books, inter-library loan requests
* Planning and delivering interactive child education sessions and school holiday activities
* Contributing to the effective operation of WTA through other tasks as required.
What you will need
* Experience providing frontline customer service in an office-based environment
* Experience in answering and responding to high volume queries in a professional manner
* Well-developed computer skills and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications
* Time management skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team and autonomously
* A current Queensland C (Car) class driver licence
