The role
- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims
- Oversee the entire claims process, from initial liability assessment through to return to work
- Work closely with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and support team strategy
- Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive, sustainable return-to-work outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Solid background in workers compensation or personal injury claims management, either end-to-end or front-end
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across a range of stakeholders
- A passion to help clients during a challenging time and support them on their road to recovery
