**The Role**:
- Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, organising meetings, and preparing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in recruitment operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant is a must**:
- Experience in Agency Recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
