Administrative Support Role

This role offers an opportunity to provide administrative support to a Correctional Centre, working in a vibrant team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including data entry, customer service, electronic filing and archiving, general administrative team tasks, arranging daily courier services, mail pick-up/delivery, and distribution.

They will also be involved in procurement, including purchase order creation and receipting as required, payment for goods and services with Pcard, assisting with stores and asset management, and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, the individual must display integrity at all times, be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, maintain confidentiality, and utilise their proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of the role effectively.
