* The ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters that optimize resource allocation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
* Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising that drives sales growth and improves customer satisfaction.
* Experience in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development that aligns with business objectives.
