About The Role

Grampians Health is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Senior Clinical Project Officer to lead complex, system wide clinical innovation and service improvement initiatives across the region.

As a senior member of the Clinical Innovation team, you will provide expert leadership in the design, delivery and evaluation of high impact projects that enhance clinical services, improve patient outcomes and embed sustainable, innovative models of care.

This role works closely with senior leaders, governance committees and multidisciplinary teams across Grampians Health and the Grampians Local Health Service Network. It is open to candidates based at any GH site.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading complex, high impact improvement projects across Grampians HealthProviding expert advice on service redesign, diagnostics and innovative models of careOverseeing project planning, performance tracking and reportingDriving research, innovation and system wide changeBuilding strong relationships with senior leaders, clinicians, consumers and external partnersLeading Co-Design and consumer engagementAdvising governance groups on KPIs, risks and evaluation frameworksMentoring Clinical Project Officers and Project Support Officers, and building leadership capability across the team

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification and registration in Nursing, Allied Health or Medical ScienceQualifications in project management, health leadership, governance, public health, or service improvement desirableExperience with IHI/SCV improvement frameworks, and knowledge of digital and integrated models of care desirableSignificant experience leading complex projects in large or multi-site health systemsStrong conceptual thinking, innovation capability and problem-solving skillsHigh level stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence senior leadersDemonstrated success in service redesign and delivering measurable outcomesExcellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
