The Position
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the business to achieve marketing objectives aligned with the brand and Business Plan. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating digital and social media marketing across various online platforms;
* Organizing marketing and community events, including logistics management, booking forms, tenant updates, vendor/contractor coordination, run sheet creation, and collateral ordering;
* Assisting with leasing/investor relations: creating brochures, signage, flyers, presentations, and centre plans;
* Building long-standing, positive relationships with Retailers;
* Managing external contractor relationships to ensure high-quality, timely execution of marketing initiatives; and
* Monitoring marketing industry news and conducting market research to identify trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role;
* Graphic design experience;
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, or a related field;
* Efficiency in Adobe Suites is desirable but not essential;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading;
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills;
* Strong relationship management skills;
* Proficiency in MS Office platforms.
