Seeking a VR GP to join a vibrant, community-focused health centre providing a broad range of primary healthcare services. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join their team of healthcare professionals and contribute to their mission of improving health outcomes for individuals and families. Position Highlights: Mixed Billing structure 6 Consult Rooms 3 GPs currently 2 Full-Time Nurses providing support Onsite Allied Health services including Physio, OT, Podiatry, Dietitian, Carer Support Worker, and Legal services Paediatric services with an in-clinic Paediatrician Therapy programs available to clients A comprehensive range of primary health services including drug and alcohol support Salary and Entitlements include: Annual Leave: 4 weeks 4 days (full-time equivalent) Leave Loading: 17.5% on total accrual Compassionate Leave: 5 days paid per instance (full-time equivalent) Superannuation: Paid in alignment with Superannuation legislation, including ordinary hours of work, overtime, and applicable allowances Paid Parental Leave: 6-12 months eligibility, with up to 8-14 weeks paid leave depending on service Family Violence Leave: 20 days per annum (non-cumulative) Personal Leave: Up to 190 hours pro-rata per annum Family Leave: Entitlement honoured for the first 12 months of employment Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality medical care to patients in a friendly, supportive environment Work closely with a team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals Contribute to the health and wellbeing of the local community Participate in ongoing professional development and training APPLY NOW: If you are interested in any location above, please submit your CV by clicking APPLY NOW or email cmr.com.au.
