Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.
* Supervise and lead a team of young employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Ensure quality workmanship, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
* Maintain a strict adherence to safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Key Qualifications:
* NSW Electrical Supervisors Licence
* White Card
* Asbestos Awareness Certification
* Working at Heights Certification
* Valid Driver's Licence
* First Aid certificate
* Level 2 accreditation, security and data or commercial appliance is advantageous (or willing to work towards)
* Permission to work within Australia (Visa)
