Marketing Lead – Structural Steel & Online Procurement (Xstruct & TWK Steel) About Us TWK Steel is a leading structural steel fabrication, supply, and installation company servicing infrastructure, civil, and mining projects. Xstruct is our new online structural steel configuration and procurement platform — allowing builders, contractors, and engineers to configure, price, and order steel online without CAD or drafting skills. We are seeking a Marketing Lead to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across both businesses — supporting TWK Steel’s industry presence and driving the growth of Xstruct from launch into a market leader. The Role You will be the driving force behind brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement for both TWK Steel and Xstruct. This is a hands-on, full-spectrum marketing role where you’ll develop campaigns, manage digital presence, and work directly with our directors to deliver measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities For Xstruct (Online Procurement Platform): Develop and execute marketing campaigns for platform launch and expansion. Build brand awareness through digital marketing, events, and industry partnerships. Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and targeted B2B outreach. Oversee creation of promotional materials (videos, case studies, brochures). Track marketing performance and optimise campaigns for ROI. For TWK Steel (Fabrication & Installation Services): Maintain and grow brand presence in construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors. Coordinate trade show participation, industry sponsorships, and client events. Manage website content, social media updates, and project showcase materials. Prepare capability statements, tender support documents, and client proposals. Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners. Shared Responsibilities: Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for both businesses. Lead content creation and manage external creatives (designers, videographers, copywriters). Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy. Produce monthly marketing performance reports for management. Skills & Experience 5 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products. Proven track record in lead generation, brand growth, and campaign execution. Strong skills in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO). Excellent copywriting ability — able to translate technical features into commercial value. Highly organised with ability to manage two brands and multiple projects at once. Confident communicator who can work with engineers, clients, and suppliers. Nice-to-Have Experience in structural steel, fabrication, or procurement.
