**Your future in food starts here | Inventory Analyst** 
**THE OPPORTUNITY** 
You will be responsible for the near-term planning of wholesale and exports orders to make sure that it is aligned with production planning, which in turn, will allow for forward logistics activities to take place. You will also be looking after all inventory across all sites with a focus to reduce stock age profile through collaboration with Sales, Production and Logistics Planning. 
**ABOUT YOU** 
You will have experience working within an inventory environment, where using your planning and negotiation skills, combined with your high level of communication, allows you to deal and influence outcomes with a variety of stakeholders. 
**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES** 
Your key deliverables will be: 
- Export and Wholesale Planning ensuring a forward plan is assigned Planned Load Date allowing the forward booking of freight | both wholesale and export 
- Inventory volume and age kept to optimum levels 
- Inventory analysis and reconciliation 
- Assigning tasks/ownership of stock from this analysis 
- Direct to terminal 
- order loadout dates aligned with vessel receiving windows reducing the need for container storage 
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL** 
You will have: 
- 5 years min experience in similar roles 
- Demonstrated experience in demand and/or supply 
- Beef product knowledge is preferred 
- Excel high level data analysis 
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills 
- Work independently as well as in a group 
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
