As a key figure in our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective leadership and management. This role requires a unique blend of skills, including financial acumen, inventory management expertise, and the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Manage the financial performance of the store, including forecasting and budgeting
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities
* Oversee safe and efficient inventory management practices across the store
* Enhance the overall customer experience by continuously improving processes and systems


Requirements:

* Prior experience in a big box or high-volume retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
