About the Role
The Coordinator role at acrworld is a minimum 10-month contract position based in QLD. This role involves managing HSE activities during the handover from construction to operations.
Responsibilities
* Document control management: ensure documents are correctly formatted, within expiry dates, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
* Managing company policies and ensuring they are up-to-date, approved, and communicated as outlined.
* Develop and control the Corporate Services department planning and scheduling for all activities.
* Possess and manage the asset management register.
* Prepare, generate, and communicate mandatory reports.
* Monthly HSEQ Board report summarizing key findings and recommendations.
* Maintain accurate hazardous chemicals register, hazard register, and incident management database records.
* Manage training management database with regular updates and audits.
* Ensure all actions are updated and closed out by target dates, maintaining a high level of accountability.
* Arrange necessary meetings and take minutes as required, promoting effective communication among team members.
To Be Successful
* Demonstrated experience in HSE environments with a strong track record of success.
* Certificate IV in WHS or higher demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills.
* At least 2 years of experience in HSE positions with a proven ability to lead and collaborate.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, and familiarity with HSE management software.
* Able to work proactively and positively towards continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.
