999 Armidale Rd PTY LTD operates a 4-star Motel in Tamworth (NSW Regional), known as The Aston Motel, providing quality accommodation for business and leisure traveler is looking for an experienced and friendly Motel Manager to run the day-to-day operations, lead our small team, and make sure our guests enjoy a great stay.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily motel operations to ensure all departments run efficiently and meet service standards.
Manage room inventory and reservation processes to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Ensure rooms meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards through established procedures and performance monitoring.
Coordinate and direct departmental supervisors across front office, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain smooth operations.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Prepare and analyse operational and financial reports to support planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulations, and service protocols through regular oversight and internal controls.
Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of experience in managing a hotel, motel, or a B&B.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated leadership, staff supervision, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
Strong customer service, communication, and organisation skills.
Hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
