Chef Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our kitchen team in Regional NSW/QLD. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining excellent standards of food preparation and presentation for a range of meal types and cuisines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food according to set requirements and regulations.
* Supervise and manage other chefs in the kitchen.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area in line with current health regulation standards.
Requirements:
* Professional approach and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum three years relevant experience as a chef.
