Key Responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships with clients and managing small to medium-sized projects
* Reviewing plans and collaborating with team members, external consultants, and local government officials
* Participating in team discussions to address development issues
* Staying up-to-date on local and state government policies regarding legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree or qualification recognized by the Planning Institute of Australia
* Working knowledge of the Planning Act 2016
* Sound problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
