What you’ll do: Identifying, defining and leading continuous improvement activities to increase the quality and velocity of solution and ways of working Proven technical and people leadership skills and ability leading development teams including work allocation, technical designs, code reviews, code merge activities. Ability to work with and influence wider technology teams, including other developer leads, project managers, Business Analyst Leads, etc. Working with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions Maintaining and fix issues in across environments (dev, QA, UAT and Prod) and involvement in unit testing and documentation What we’re looking for: Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background Good understanding and experience in software architecture, design patterns and software development best practices Experience with React based development of MFEs/Standalone apps Experience on Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform, React js Experience in Guidewire and related toolsets e.g. Cloud APIs, Digital SDK, APD, Guidewire Testing Framework, Guidewire Cloud Console, Git/Bucket, etc. Experience with integration to other platforms such as Document Management, Finance, Digital, etc. What you’ll gain: Leadership development programs and executive coaching designed to help you inspire teams and accelerate your career growth.
