The successful applicant will be employed by CS Telephony Pty Ltd, not NRMA Insurance.
The Role
You will thrive in a fast-paced, inbound call centre environment, managing a variety of customer interactions, navigating complex systems, and converting enquiries into successful sales outcomes.
Whether you're assisting with insurance policies or roadside memberships, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted service and tailored solutions.
You will be supported by a dedicated leader and a collaborative team, all working together to help you succeed and meet your targets.
