About this work area
* Engage and assist customers in understanding their needs and provide knowledge on IKEA products and services to support purchasing decisions
* Present IKEA products in As‐Is with a strong commercial expression, selling with pride and setting attractive prices that still deliver the best results for the store
* Take necessary action to give products a second chance, such as repackaging them into a saleable condition
* Assemble products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality
* Support quality work in the store to continually improve customers' perception of IKEA products
* Consider sustainability impact when deciding how and when to recover products
* Build strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote collaboration and an inclusive workplace that cultivates understanding of product recovery, quality and compliance processes
* Maintain a safe and secure environment in the store, ensuring well‐being of both customers and co‐workers
Who you are
* A mindset of togetherness, working closely with teams and other departments while also being able to work independently
* A passion for building furniture, our products, and sustainability initiatives
* Experience with regular use of computers and IT systems
* Strong customer focus, keeping the customer in mind in all decisions
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‐paced environment and think creatively
