The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Cadet will support the sales team in achieving volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. This is an entry-level role designed to develop your skills across all aspects of the sales process, including customer engagement, inventory management, and dealership operations.
You will work closely with experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience while learning to deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensuring compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Key Accountabilities
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets and KPIsSupport lead management and customer follow-up activitiesLearn and apply effective sales techniques and product knowledgeAssist with vehicle presentation, merchandising, and stock managementProvide exceptional customer service throughout the buying journeySupport administrative tasks related to sales and complianceParticipate in training and development programsWork collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth operations
