Role & Responsibilities:
As an NDIS Support Worker with Care to Heal, you will:
* Provide personal care and support for daily activities.
* Encourage community participation and social engagement.
* Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties.
* Implement and follow personalised care plans.
* Foster a safe, positive environment for clients.
* Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance.
* Collaborate with our team to create an inclusive and welcoming space.
Requirements:
To join our team, you must have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification
* Police Check (within the last 6 months)
* Valid Australian Driver's License
* Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance
* Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability sector (support work)
