What you'll be doing
* Work full‐time, on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling complete holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from domestic bookings to international holidays
* Assist customers with travel related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, packing advice, dining, etc.
* Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you receive a percentage of every sale
What we're looking for
* Seasoned traveller with history of international destinations and travel recommendations
* Excellent organisational skills, managing calendar, responding quickly to phone calls and emails
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high‐pressure environment
* Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that encourages customers to book with you
* Computer savviness, able to toggle between complex systems for flight and package options
