This is a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Support role supporting the administration, operations and customer service processes.
This position involves managing freight status updates with customers, customer service and sales teams.
* Manage freight status updates with customers, customer service and sales teams.
* Collaborate with the team to optimize efficiency, including arranging book-in freight and managing incomplete deliveries through systems.
* Prevent missed or late pick-ups and take corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance reporting and build professional relationships with teams and contractors.
Excellent planning, analytical and communication skills are required for this role. Experience using computerized systems and background in Transport and Logistics industry is preferred but not essential.
