**How will I help?**
Reporting to the Senior Manager for Learning Technology, this role provides day-to-day support in executing the Learning Technology strategies for the Westpac Group ensuring we provide a stable operating environment enabling the creation, deployment, and maintenance of online learning solutions.
You will lead day-to-day problem management of system, courseware and/or infrastructure issues on behalf of Group Learning & Capability. You will be accountable for managing relationships with the various teams across the Westpac Group to ensure issues, tickets, new requests etc are appropriately actioned as required.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We are open to location with a preference for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing insights to learning community on content deployment including creation of learning pathways, online assessment and evaluation methods.
- Developing strong, collaborative and productive relationships with Learning Services to service their online solution needs as well as educate them on the development of online innovative solutions.
- Problem Management of day-to-day system, courseware and/or infrastructure issues.
- Effectively and collaboratively working with IT and HR Systems teams on Learning Management Platforms.
- Developing strong and productive relationships with internal and external service providers to enable the deployment of innovative online solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative, regulatory and corporate policy requirements and standards as they relate to learning outcomes.

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary Education in Technology related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and understand business requirements and to quickly establish root causes and manage issues through to successful closure.
- Minimum 3 years working with learning and HR related technology systems preferably within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management with solid consulting and interpersonal skills to influence and achieve collaborative outcomes.
- Ability to translate technical issues into simple language for customers.
- Experience in Learning Courseware design and Adult Learning principles is desirable as is experience with Seertech iLearn.
- Hands on knowledge of online learning technologies, multi-media and alternative instructional technologies would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing processes and to implement process improvements.
- Good written and communication skills.
