**About the Opportunity**:
Due to sustained growth our client are seeking an experienced, design focused Architect to join their expert team. Work alongside one of the best Architecture Designers and be front facing clients.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Collaborate within the office and with external partners, clients, and consultants and successfully deliver the project's expected outcomes
- Lead teams in the design, documentation, and delivery of a wide variety of projects
- Be comfortable working independently, within and leading teams
- Effective mentor able to create a culture of empowerment and enthusiasm with other staff
**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
- Passion for all things design and architecture
- Bespoke residential design experience
- Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Strong technical capabilities
- Leadership skills: passionate about motivating others, organised, action-oriented, exceptional communication skills
- Revit Skills - Intermediate/Advanced
