You’ll be on the frontline, helping bring the KINCROME brand to life in stores across Perth Metro and Regional WA. From merchandising and relays to trade shows and promo setups, you’ll play a big part in making sure our tools and gear always look their best—and sell their best too!If you’re someone who’s enthusiastic, loves a hands-on job, and enjoys being on the move, read on.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Execute regular store visits to merchandise KINCROME products, ensuring core ranges are well-stocked and presented to brand standards.· Build and maintain eye-catching point-of-sale displays and product relays that drive visibility and customer engagement.· Replenish stock and ensure product availability in high-traffic zones to maximise sell-through.· Identify gaps or missed opportunities on the shop floor and provide creative solutions.· Assist with the implementation of seasonal promotions, catalogue campaigns, and product launches at store level.· Ensure promotional signage and displays are installed correctly and on time.· Support the setup and presentation of in-store demonstrations and customer engagement activities.· Partner with the Area Managers and the Regional Sales Manager to help achieve regional sales goals.· Provide feedback from store visits, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and inventory insights.· Support new store rollouts and product training sessions for retail staff.· Assist in the planning, setup, and pack-down of KINCROME’s trade stands at industry expos, field days, and trade shows across Victoria.· Represent the brand with professionalism and energy—being the face of KINCROME to customers,prospects, and partners.· Engage with attendees, hand out promotional materials, and help create a memorable brand experience.· Support with stock movement for merchandising activities (may involve lifting and transporting items).· Assist in setting up display units or retail shelving as needed during relays or promotional resets.PRE-REQUITIES/QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a sales support or administrative role – advantageousExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload effectivelyClear and concise written and verbale communication skillsConfident initiating and building professional relationships with both customers and colleaguesExperience in managing or liaising with customers.Intermediate to Advanced software knowledge – Outlook, Pronto, Excel & PowerPointThe ability to work autonomously, perform under pressure and multi-task is a necessityExcellent interpersonal skillsHave the ability to travel interstate when required.Generous Remuneration PackageFantastic staff discounts on offer.Learning and development opportunities.Onsite gym available to you to get a work-out in before or after work.Be part of a dynamic organization that is on a highway to growth and further success.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
