They manage projects from design through to on-site installation and are seeking a hands-on Leading Hand Carpenter to take charge of active modular construction sites across NSW. The Role As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you'll work on the tools while leading a skilled site team. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of modular installations and internal fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered to spec, on time, and with a strong safety focus. You'll coordinate closely with project managers and in-house trades (e.g., electrical and joinery) to maintain workflow and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily onsite operations Install modular structures and manage fit-out works Ensure correct sequencing, safety compliance, and task allocation Troubleshoot onsite challenges and maintain project momentum Carry out quality checks and ensure finishes meet required standards Train, support, and motivate team members Skills & Experience Cert III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification) Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Foreman role Familiarity with modular or hybrid construction methods (preferred) Able to read construction drawings and coordinate teams on tight timelines Comfortable with craned module placement and fit-off sequencing Mandatory: White Card (General Construction Induction) Driver's Licence.
