In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals requiring medical attention. As a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional, you will develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring that each person receives the necessary treatment and support.
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reflecting their medical history, treatment plans, and progress.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, providing seamless transitions between departments and services.
* Provide assessment and evaluation of patients, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
* Coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
Requirements:
* Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
* Minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting.
* Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities.
* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
