The Client
Our client is a leading Australian Owned provider in the building management industry in Melbourne and now have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Facilities Manager / Concierge to join their growing and established team. They provide high quality services to Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail and Public Facilities.
The Role
Our client who is located in the inner south-eastern suburbs is looking for an entry level, self-motivated Facilities Manager / Concierge for the efficient day-to-day operation of a portfolio of assets. The hours of work are from 8:00am - 12:00pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors, Strata Managers and executive committee.
Managing the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties.
Identify defects and deficiencies in the delivery of services or operation of building plant
Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services across the assets
Schedule maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong communication skills & attention to detail
Can-do attitude and be eager to get stuck in and learn
Car and driver's licence is essential
