About the Role
Are you a strategic digital marketer who loves turning complex data into brilliant client growth? Do you thrive on mentoring talent and staying ahead of the tech curve? At Overdose, we don't just run campaigns. We build long‐term, value‐driven partnerships. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney for a 12‐month fixed‐term contract. In this role, you will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Director – Australia, champion world‐class, cross‐channel strategies, lead client relationships, and help shape the next generation of marketing talent in an AI‐first agency environment.
Requirements
* Cross‐Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of how different marketing channels interact, with current certifications in Google (Search, Pmax, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube), Meta and TikTok platforms.
* Holistic Search Vision: Strategic understanding of improving Organic+Paid Search for business efficiency.
* Platform Savvy: Strong understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit), Search Ads (Google & Microsoft), programmatic advertising (SA360/DV360/CM360), LLM Ads (such as OpenAI Ads) and complex Product Data Feeds.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to look at a business challenge and map out a 6‐to‐12‐month digital roadmap.
* Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and confidence to guide senior stakeholders.
* Agency Environment: Top‐tier time management, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative, team‐first mindset.
* Commerce & CRM Experience: Hands‐on experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento, alongside email marketing platforms including Klaviyo and Dotdigital.

Responsibilities
* Strategic Growth: Design and execute sophisticated, long‐term cross‐channel strategies that consistently improve A‐MER, CAC and LTV while driving client net sales. You will be the face of your accounts, building deep relationships based on transparency, excellent troubleshooting and proactive communication.
* Insightful Reporting: Turn data into a story, delivering timely Google Data Studio reports packed with actionable insights that inform strategic adjustments.
* Commercial Drive: Spot upselling opportunities and lead new business proposals, successfully expanding our portfolio and introducing clients to new platforms.
* Operational Excellence: Lead by example with agency protocols, keeping tracking accurate so we always have real‐time visibility into project health and resource costs.
