Your Qualifications are likely to be System administration experience in UNIX and Windows environments.

Experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, ATF).
Responsibilities include:
Manage all phases of the application lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).
Effectively communicate with technical management, individuals, and teams.
Lead implementation, integration, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Translate complex end-user requirements into system requirements/code. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in JavaScript and ServiceNow development.
Consulting on system credential requirements, troubleshooting permissions, and network connectivity.
Make use of industry-standard communication protocols (HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST).
We are happy to consider if your have technical background in Operations, Infrastructure, Application Support, or Application Development.
Preferred skills but not mandatory:
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to work with cultural diversity.
Nice to have: ITIL certification.
ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery and Service Mapping. Experience implementing CSDM.
Experience implementing Event Management.
Knowledge of enterprise IT governance and management.

Experience developing reusable test automation suites (especially ServiceNow ATF scripts). Demonstrated ability to influence and consult, providing options with pros, cons, and risks, and thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders.
