**The Opportunity**
You'll be joining a growing, diverse team that's currently disrupting the traditional way vehicles are auctioned. You'll help develop and qualify new opportunities for the client, generating, qualifying and driving lead generation, and supporting excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally.
With your customer-centric approach and CRM experience, you'll be able to bring your sales acumen to a collaborative team, where you'll gain exposure to a breadth of vehicles and memorabilia, whilst contributing to revenue growth and product development.
**Requirements**:
- You have prior experience within a professional sales-based role - you're comfortable generating leads
- You're comfortable working towards business development KPI's
- Relationship building - you love getting to know people and developing long-term relationships
- Initiative-taking - you're results-oriented and like to lean on your excellent communication skills
- Adaptable - you're motivated to learn new skills and develop your career, whilst building out your understanding of the companies value proposition
- You're curious, you like to research the market, and keep an eye on pricing
- You've worked with a CRM before, and have familiarity with the MS Office suite
- A keen interest in cars and bikes of all genres is desirable
